Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of XRS Packaging ("we," "us," or "our") or placing an order for our manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and entities accessing our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

B2B Manufacturing Policy

XRS Packaging operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) manufacturer. We do not engage in retail sales to individual consumers for personal use.

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All orders are subject to MOQs dependent on the specific product type (e.g., blister packs, food containers) and material requirements.
• Sample Requests: Samples are provided for business verification purposes only. Shipping costs for samples are typically borne by the prospective client unless otherwise agreed.

OEM/ODM & Tooling

As an OEM/ODM provider, we specialize in custom manufacturing. The following terms apply to custom projects:

Prototypes and 3D samples must be approved in writing by the client before mass production begins. XRS Packaging is not liable for design errors present in the approved prototype.

Payment Terms

Standard terms for international B2B orders generally require a deposit (typically 30-50%) upon order confirmation, with the balance due prior to shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading, subject to credit approval.

All payments must be made in the currency specified in the Proforma Invoice via T/T (Bank Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) for qualified large-volume orders.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise specified in the sales contract, terms are Ex Works (EXW) Dongguan or FOB Shenzhen. The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer once the goods are tendered to the carrier at our facility or the port of origin.

Intellectual Property

The client warrants that any designs, logos, or specifications provided to XRS Packaging for manufacturing do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. The client agrees to indemnify and hold XRS Packaging harmless against any claims of infringement arising from the production of goods according to client specifications.
